These terms are an agreement between you and the TrackPodMe developer, an independent developer acting as an individual ("the developer" or "we"), about your use of the TrackPodMe app ("the app"). By using the app you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
1. What the app does
The app helps you log income and expenses, split money into Pockets, set savings goals, see statistics, and use money tools such as slip/receipt scanning, a money calendar, month-end forecasts, savings simulations, lottery checking and utility bill calculation.
The app is not a bank. It does not hold your money and does not connect to or move money from any bank account. All figures come from what you enter.
2. Not financial advice
Tips, suggestions, forecasts and simulations in the app are for information only. They are not investment, tax, legal or personal financial advice.
For important decisions, consult a licensed professional.
3. Accuracy
We try to make the app accurate but cannot guarantee that everything is always correct or complete, in particular:
- Exchange rates come from a third-party provider and may be delayed or inaccurate.
- Reading text from photos (scanning) can make mistakes. Always check amounts before saving.
- Lottery results in the app are calculated from the numbers you enter. Always confirm with the official Government Lottery Office results before claiming a prize.
- Forecasts and simulations are estimates based on past data, not what will actually happen.
4. Your data and backups
The data you enter is yours. It is currently stored on your device. If you delete the app, change phones or your device fails, your data may be lost.
You are responsible for your own backups using Profile › Back up all data. Backup files are not encrypted, so keep them somewhere safe.

5. Accounts
You can use the app without an account. If you sign in with Apple, Google or a phone number, you must provide accurate information, keep your device and account secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for anything illegal, fraud or money laundering;
- reverse-engineer, modify or disrupt the app or our systems;
- enter other people’s personal data (for example shared Pocket member names) beyond what is needed.
7. Intellectual property
The app name, logo, characters, artwork and code belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable right to use the app.
8. Changes and discontinuation
We may improve, add or remove features. We will announce significant changes in the app in advance.
If you do not accept updated terms, you can stop using the app at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, or for losses arising from financial decisions based on the app, data loss, or inaccurate third-party data.
This does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
